Emma commenced her career in the insurance industry in 2007 specialising in property claims. She has a background spanning loss adjusting, claims management, business optimisation and client services leadership.
Emma has held senior roles with leading insurers and adjusting firms, where she led teams, streamlined claims processes, and managed major loss events. Recognised for her analytical skills and customer focused approach, she is committed to achieving the best possible results for clients and insureds alike.

My favourite leisure activity spending time with my son, especially outdoors amongst nature. Bush hikes in winter and beach days in summer.
My favourite place to visit is Perth to visit friends and family. I have been lucky enough to see a lot of the world, but Morocco and Ireland are two of my all-time favourite travel destinations.
