Work Experience

Malcolm has experience in investigations, prosecution, regulation and compliance. Before joining Technical Assessing, he regularly worked on misconduct enquiries relating to law enforcement or local and state government regulation.

Malcolm previously worked as a police officer for 10 years, in several Australian locations, before becoming a prosecutor. Later, he established an investigative team to lead environmental and pollution investigations for Environment Protection Authority Tasmania.

At other points in his career, Malcolm worked in environmental regulation. He led the environmental impact assessment process for major development projects in Tasmania and served as the principal regulator for the commercial marine fishing and seafood industries.

I love working for Technical Assessing because of the wide variety of experience within the team and its skill in contemporary investigations.

My favourite leisure activities involve being on the water or in the mountains.

My favourite place to visit is The Alps, in Europe.
